We collect your name, email address, phone number and the payment identifiers you provide — such as your UPI handle or Paytm mobile number. We do not collect more than what is needed to run your account and process your transactions.

Payment identifiers are stored in encrypted form using AES-256 encryption. They are used only to process transactions you authorise and are never passed to third-party marketing services or sold to any external party.
